Replacement & Refund Policy

6-month replacement

If a placement we deliver is removed by the publisher within 6 months, we replace it on a comparable site at no extra cost — that's our standard guarantee.

Refunds

If we can't deliver an ordered placement and no suitable replacement is available, you get a full refund for that placement. Refund requests: email zahid@rankpulse.net.

What's not covered

We can't control a publisher editing their own site, or ranking changes from Google updates. The guarantee covers link removal, not ranking movement.
